WERK is a limited edition magazine produced by Work, the studio of award-winning Singaporean designer Theseus Chan. First published in Spring 2000, issues are experimental and individually finished.
This issue contains a substantial cross-section of Joe's visual images, as selected by Work, dating back over 10 years. Commercial, personal and commissioned images sit side-by-side on equal footing.
Text and interviews are contributed by Professor Alison Harley. The full-colour 376 page volume contains die-cut fold-outs pasted throughout, and a spine hand-finished with used newspapers.
