Claire de Rouen is pleased to host the launch of Pulp, celebrating Maxime Imbert’s intimate portrait of London and the people who call it home.

Pulp is a collection of portraits shot across London during a period of introspection. Bringing together individuals, siblings, friends, couples and roommates in their own homes and wearing their own clothes, the book offers an intimate look at identity, intimacy and connection.

Raw yet tender, the photographs form a vibrant mosaic of unique personalities. There is a quiet pulse running through the series: the subjects’ energy, sensuality and presence held in moments that feel both personal and spontaneous.
