L’Uomo Vogue, No. 286 (December 1997) is an original out-of-print issue of the legendary Italian men’s fashion magazine, published by Condé Nast Italy under editor Franca Sozzani. This sought-after issue features a young Brad Pitt on the cover. Inside are a film-noir fashion story with Guy Pearce, a feature on director John Woo, and work by some of the decade’s greatest fashion photographers, including Ellen von Unwerth, Deborah Turbeville and Paolo Roversi. Text is in Italian and English. It is a superb piece of late-1990s menswear and fashion photography history, and a highly collectable issue of a title that ceased publication in 2021.
